CSM '12: A Charlie Brown Christmas

It's December, and almost Christmas! Therefore, I've decided to do a follow up to my surprisingly popular Halloween Movie Madness! Every night through Christmas Eve, I will be watching a different Christmas movie or special and then rambling on about them, sometimes even being coherent!

There is so much that can be said about A Charlie Brown Christmas.  We could talk about the amazing decorating skills Snoopy has.  Maybe we could talk about how this special talks down on the commercialization of Christmas.  Or we could even focus on Charlie Brown's sad little tree.  Tonight, however, I want to talk about my favorite part of the special: the music.

A Charlie Brown Christmas

The music in A Charlie Brown Christmas is some of my all time favorite versions of Christmas music ever.  The music was performed by the Vince Guaraldi Trio, consisting of Vince, Jerry Granelli, and the unfortunately named Puzzy Firth.  Seriously though, check it out:

Just listen to that.  Did you notice how much more relaxed you started to feel as the music started to wash over your soul?  If not, you just don't have a soul, plain and simple.

How about that one?  Still nothing?  How do you sleep at night?

If you still don't feel it after that one, you might be late for your trip into Whoville to steal Christmas.
